Frosty Days

The animals were happy to pose for some photos today. Enjoy :)

The goats seem just fine in the cold with their thick fur coats!

Rainy hopes it warms up by March 1st (her due date!). She looks like she will probably have twins.

Butter says she's happy as long as you feed her lots of grain.

Little Jack and Punkin desire even more attention than usual in this cold weather. Needy kitties :)

Winter Homes

All of the animals are loving their winter homes this year. While Todd and I have to bundle up and shiver when we go out to feed them, the animals don't even seem to mind the cold. The animals are quite content.

Sheep

Chickens

Goats

Cows

Pigs

Kitty Cats

And a beautiful sunset to top it off

What a nice February day.

Happy Sheep

The sheep are slowly making their way back to the barn in anticipation of upcoming cold and snow.

Luckily we don't have any snow on the ground (yet) so we can take our time moving them to make sure the sheep get one last graze of the land.

Here they are hungry and waiting for the farmer to move them to greener pastures!

New Kitties!

We adopted a couple kitty cats from the humane society a couple months ago. A farm is not complete without barn cats! One of our other cats disappeared in early fall, so we figured we had better replace him.

Punkin!
